After graduating and qualifying as a lawyer, I gained strong experience in Italian labour law through various significant professional experiences at major Italian law firms and by advocating before all trial courts.

I have vast experience in providing legal assistance – judicial and extrajudicial – to national and multinational enterprises, operating in the commercial, industrial, logistics, banking, insurance, publishing and healthcare sectors, in relation to private employment relationships – relationships of subordinate employment, autonomous employment, agency and atypical employment, managerial labour, disciplinary proceedings, bullying, deskilling, changes of duties, higher qualifications claims, non-competition agreements, workplace accidents and occupational diseases.

I have also devoted myself passionately to the area of extraordinary corporate transactions and trade union law in which I have accumulated significant expertise.

Since the GDPR came into force, I also deal with Privacy and Data Protection dedicating myself to consultancy and assistance to leading Italian companies and to Italian companies belonging to foreign groups in the design of company processes and implementation of organisational models in the field of privacy, to external DPO assignments and to assistance in in the field intersecting privacy and labour law.

I regularly act as a speaker at conventions on labour law. I am the author of articles for specialist journals and I participate in editing activities for publications on labour law.

I am a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (Italian Employment Lawyers Association) and Federprivacy.
