Alessandro specialises in commercial and corporate law with extensive experience in Corporate M&A and Private Equity.

He has worked for more than 15 years with leading Italian and international law firms and regularly advises leading industrial groups, private equity funds and financial institutions on extraordinary transactions (domestic and cross-border), acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and companies, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations, including in the context of turnaround plans and restructuring manoeuvres. He also deals with corporate governance issues, commercial contracts and management incentive plans.

He graduated in Law with honours from the Bocconi University of Milan in 2009 and has been a qualified lawyer since 2012. Member of the Milan Bar Association.

As part of his professional activity, he has also gained considerable experience in the pharmaceutical and lifesciences sector, assisting both in M&A transactions and in the management of sector contracts (including R&D projects, manufacturing contracts and CDMO projects).

He has publications on corporate law as well as on pharmaceuticals and lifesciences in industry journals to his credit.
