I have specific experience on Italian and international corporate law, contract law, IP and arbitration.

I have more than 35 years’ experience in assisting international and Italian medium and large companies operating in a wide range of sectors including mechanics, automotive, textile, design, paper and fashion.

I am also a consultant of many local government agencies, chambers of commerce and industry associations.

I assist clients in relation to various commercial and corporate aspects of the life of the company, in particular on purchases, production, logistics, sales and distribution, procurement, e-commerce, intellectual property, as well as extraordinary operations, due diligence, company relocation abroad and joint ventures.

In the same areas, I assist clients in pre-litigation and litigation stages, both before the ordinary courts and in arbitration and conciliation, always seeking the company’s economic interest to find a solution that offers the best cost / benefit ratio.

I usually am a speaker at many conferences and workshops on the same subjects on which I work as a legal adviser.

Before joining WST I was a partner of four law firms and founding member of two of them with the role of managing partner and Head of the Litigation Department.

I am qualified to practice law and I have been a member of the Bologna Bar Association since 1990.
