My professional activity primarily concerns the dispute resolution area as well as corporate (contracts and corporate transactions).

Through my career path I have gained significant experience in litigation and arbitration (civil, banking and bankruptcy matters), assisting medium and large companies in a wide range of sectors, from automotive to fashion, to design. 

Furthermore, I provide advice related to the management of large private assets and related ancillary instruments (e.g., trusts), among other things assisting the firm’s clients in wealth planning, also in a succession perspective.

I also assist, on an ongoing basis, corporate clients in relation to various civil, commercial and corporate national and cross-border matters.

Since 2018, I have been deepening my skills and expertise in the context of insolvency procedures and debt restructuring procedures (composition with creditors and bankruptcy procedures, restructuring agreements and recovery plans).
