Over the years, Francesco has  been involved in significant extraordinary transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.

Furthermore, he regularly deals with commercial agreements, particularly with reference to supplies of services (including EPC and O&M), sale and purchase, contract, distribution, agency, outsourcing, and transport.

He has a results-oriented approach, aimed at satisfying clients’ business needs.

His clients are medium-sized Italian companies and companies belonging to international groups.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he worked in law firms dealing with M&A transactions and commercial agreements.
