I’m specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. I advise leading Italian and multinational corporations on significant national and cross-border projects, including in the field of project financing.  I have also acquired significant expertise in restructuring and collective procedures. 

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I worked at some leading international law firms in Bologna and Milan.

I am currently adjount professor at the University of Bologna in the field of public contract.

During my training I also attended the LL.M. in European Business Law at the University of Nijmegen. I have a law degree summa cum laude from the University of Bologna, where I also earned a Ph.D. degree.

I have written several publications and a monograph on the legal framework of Project Financing in Italy.
