I have 20 years’ experience in tax litigation.

My work involves defending clients in cases before the Tax Courts and, in addition, I assist and represent clients in negotiations with the tax authorities for extrajudicial dispute resolution.

Over the years I have dealt with disputes concerning income taxes, VAT, registration taxes, hypo-cadastral
and local taxes.

My clients are medium and large enterprises, often multinational, and local entities.

I regularly publish articles on tax matters in specialized journals, with a focus on local taxes.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I have worked in two tax law firms in Milan.
