I have gained experience in defending in court the management of industrial, commercial, financial and pharmaceutical companies, as well as banks and insurance companies, in relation to the different types of offenses that may affect the company, such as corporate, tax, financial and bankruptcy offenses.

I assist and defend managers in criminal cases for torts related to occupational health and safety and environmental protection, as well as professionals in the area of medical liability.

I advise and assist and defend in court companies and entities charged with administrative liability arising from offenses under Legislative Decree 231/01.

I am chairman and member of Supervisory Bodies ex Legislative Decree 231/01.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I practiced in a leading Italian economic criminal law firm.

I have been a lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association since 2014 and a member of the scientific committee of the Milan Criminal Chamber, as well as an Expert in the Teaching of Criminal Procedural Law for the Department of Law of the University of Milan-Bicocca.

I graduated with honors in law from the University of Milan.

I have authored publications on criminal law and trial law.
