I have significant experience in industrial and new technology law.

My areas of specialization include, in particular, international trade law and private international law, as well as consumer and advertising law, corporate law and M&A.

I continuously assist domestic and, predominantly, foreign clients in litigation concerning the protection of intellectual property rights, unfair competition and information technologies, in ordinary and emergency proceedings. I advise Italian and foreign clients on an ongoing basis with particular reference to the tech, ecommerce, retail and consumer, media and advertising sectors. I also assist industrial operators and institutional investors, both Italian and foreign, in the context of acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other corporate transactions, including those of an international nature.

I have gained significant experience in the renewable energy sector, having assisted several leading private equity operators in the energy sector.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I worked with one of Italy’s leading firms active in multidisciplinary consulting and integrated services, connected to a “Big Four” network.

I received my law degree-international studies with honors from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, doing my dissertation at the National and International Arbitration Chamber in Milan.
