I have more than 35 years experience in tax matters, both consulting and compliance, with a deep experience in handling tax litigation too (corporate income tax and indirect taxes).

My clients are mostly SMEs and multinationals that operates in many sectors such as finance, real estate, manufacturing and information technology.

I have also extensive professional experience in international taxation, having many companies in my customer portfolio operating abroad in commercial trading, electronic components, asset management, tourism, digital sector and healthcare.

I’m an expert in acquisitions, disposals and mergers with extensive management experience in setting and implementing strategy, building businesses both nationally and worldwide.

My experiences include corporate finance and business management, the preparation of business plan and budgets. 

For more than 10 years, I have been involved in bankruptcy proceedings as a receiver and court commissioner in addition to accompanying companies on rehabilitation paths using the tools made available by the Crisis and Insolvency Code.

I am a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor registered with the Court of Milan.

I am a Lecturer at several seminars, co-author of several books about Corporate Finance and Taxation, and Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of Economics in Naples.
