I have been dealing with business crisis for more than thirty years, both as bankruptcy trustee/judicial commissioner or liquidator, appointed by the Court of Milan, and as a professional in support of the entrepreneur, to identify the most suitable tools for resolving the crisis.

Since 2020 I have been a member of the International Business Crisis Observatory established by the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts in Rome (CNDCEC).

I have collaborated as author in several publications about insolvency procedures.

My areas of expertise also concern corporate taxation, corporate consultancy and company valuations.

Chartered Accountants since 1988 and Legal Auditor.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I was partner of Studio Associato Imparato Nava Ravo (1990 – 2021).
