I have 25 years’ experience in providing consultancy and legal assistance to national and international companies, as well as individuals.

My professional activity is focused on legal assistance in commercial, real estate and corporate transactions (acquisitions of large and small companies, Italian and foreign companies, private and state-owned companies, company divestitures, privatizations and insolvency procedures and extraordinary administration procedures) as well as in contracts, civil litigation and arbitration.

I am also a bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner in bankruptcy proceedings at the Court of Rome.

I am qualified to practise law and to appear in the Supreme Court, admitted to the Bar of Rome since 1995 and the Bar of the Supreme Court since 2004.

My expertise and professional activity primarily concerns the corporate area (corporate, M&A, commercial and real estate) as well as litigation (arbitration, civil and bankruptcy litigation).

I also advise clients involved in debt restructuring operations, requests for agreements with creditors and reorganization plans pursuant to art. 67 and 182 bis of the Italian bankruptcy law.

My clients include private entrepreneurs and medium-sized and large enterprises.

I started my professional activity in 1993 at a major law firm where I remained until 31 December 2011 and of which I was made a partner in 2007. I then joined the Rome office of a U.S. law firm where I worked until September 2017.
