I am responsible for providing consultancy on customs matters and on indirect taxation of energy and alcohol products (excise duty). My activity is mainly aimed at identifying solutions to optimise the management of customs operations, both in terms of procedures and from the perspective of the correct determination of import duties. In this regard I assist clients in requesting customs authorisations and certifications to improve the supply chain management.

In the energy sector, I assist clients in managing tax and customs formalities linked to the production and sale of energy products.

I also deal with tax litigation in the field of customs, VAT and excise.

My clients include multinational companies of large and medium dimensions but also small national companies intending to expand their business into the international markets.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I worked at one of the Big Four firms, and also have ten years of experience within the Italian customs administration as a senior official.

I am qualified to practise as a customs agent.

On VAT, customs and excise issues I organise training courses for customers and also act as a lecturer.

I participate, as speaker, at conventions and workshops and I have written articles on customs matters for newspapers and specialist journals on tax and customs law
