I have been dedicated to the field of public contracting and public-private partnership for over twenty-five years, since the beginning of my professional career. 

I have been particularly engaged in the activity of legal counseling, as well as litigation and pre-litigation, representation and defense in all judicial and administrative courts. 

I have acted in the interest of Public Administrations, Economic Operators and various SOAs. As a scholarly specialist in the subject, 

I have devoted myself to teaching for Universities and Training Institutions, Trade Associations and Private Companies, in the context of Conferences, Masters, Advanced Training and Specialization Courses, Seminars etc. 

In addition, I have deepened my involvement in the field of public procurement through publications, making my contribution mainly in specialized journals in the field.
