I have extensive professional experience in domestic and international corporate tax matters acquired as a tax consultant to various industrial and commercial companies operating internationally, and experience in tax and business planning gained through my involvement in M&A projects for multinationals companies.

My clients include domestic and international companies.

I am often asked to speak at internal and external tax seminars and workshops. 

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I was the International Liaison Partner and the Partner in charge of Direct Taxes for Italy at an international tax and law firm. I also worked as Head of the Direct Tax and Tax Compliance department at one of the “Big Four” accountancy firms.

I am a member of the supervisory board of several Italian subsidiaries of multinationals companies.
