I have many years of experience in tax consultancy and tax compliance for large industrial and financial
multinational groups with Italian subsidiaries. I also deal with tax consultancy and tax compliance for Italianowned companies (both listed and unlisted).

I am an expert in IAS/IFRS taxation. I have a significant experience in international transactions (dividend, interest and royaltyes, transaction with black-listed countries and transfer pricing), due diligence and reorganisations.

I am a statutory auditor for multiple Italian companies.

I have been a certified Chartered Accountant since 1995.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I spent seven years at one of the “Big Four” firms.
