I am qualified to practice before the Supreme Court Bar.

I provide my clients with all out-of-court advice, assistance and judicial defence, in disputes concerning contractual liability for non-performance or inexact performance, extra-contractual liability causing physical and/or patrimonial damage, debt collection (including serial) and enforced executions, dealings with insolvency procedures (such as, for example, judicial liquidations, composition agreements, debt restructuring, agreements with creditors), and professional liability.

My clients are mainly Italian or foreign companies of small, medium or large size, as well as individuals, especially in the areas of non-contractual liability and personal injury.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I have always practiced law (civil and criminal law) both as a member of a Professional Association and as the owner of my own law firm.
