I am specialised in corporate tax, cross-border transactions, restructuring and M&A transactions.

My particular expertise is advising clients in banking, finance, insurance, energy and digital industries, and I also regularly deal with clients operating in many other business sectors.

Furthermore, I advise on M&A, private equity, venture capital and real estate transactions.

I work both for Italian and foreign clients on domestic and cross-border transactions and I often liaise with legal and accounting advisors in order to provide the best advice to our clients.

Amongst my clients are domestic and international financial and insurance institutions, energy and internet companies and other manufacturing and service companies.

My work ranges from advising financial or insurance institutions on tax issues related to specific transactions (i.e. asset management or financing transactions) or to cross-border transactions, to the acquisition or the selling of solar farms or other M&A transactions and in general by advising clients for current corporate tax compliance and other tax and corporate advice to various midsize companies.

With reference to the energy sector, I advise on all tax and corporate aspects of energy tax law, with a specific focus on the renewable energy sector, where I have already been involved in over 150 MWp of solar and wind projects in Italy.

I am a member of several Statutory Auditor Boards of Italian companies.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I was a tax consultant and an Associate Partner at other based international tax and law firms in Milan.
