Before founding WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), together with other partners in 2002, I served several years as partner in charge of the VAT Group and of the Tax Effective Supply Management Group in the Italian Tax Practice of one of the Big Four accountancy firms, and was also the permanent representative in the corresponding international committee.

As Chartered Accountant and Chartered Auditor I was and I am currently member and/or Chairman of several Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards of various Italian companies, mainly subsidiaries of Foreign MNC Clients.

I also practice as a tax advisor in charge of Special Projects, including M&A and corporate reorganisation.

I have extensive expertise in tax and business planning both domestically and cross-border, as well as in domestic corporate law.
