I graduated in Law in July 2008 at the University of Eastern Piedmont, with the highest grades, and in May 2013 I obtained a PhD in Constitutional Justice and Fundamental Rights at the University of Pisa. 

I am a member of the Turin Bar Association since October 2011 (Toga d’Oro Award for the best score in the qualifying exam in the Turin Court of Appeal district). 

I carry out my activity in the Labour Law Team of Turin office and I deal mainly with labour law and social security contributions, assisting major companies active in insurance, automotive, healthcare, collection, food, digital media, sports, etc. sectors, in the extrajudicial and litigation phases, in the drafting and review of employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, individual and collective dismissals, company restructuring, business transfers, proceeding with trade unions, drafting and review of regulations and policies (relating to electronic instruments, internet , e-mail, fringe benefits, refunds, travel expenses, etc.). 

I cooperate with the magazine “Il Foro Italiano” and other specialized legal journals for the publication of articles and notes to judgments.
