My particular expertise is advising clients on international trade, with a focus on tax law. 

I have extensive experience in international VAT and corporate tax work, cash flow analysis, identification and assessment of international VAT planning opportunities, acquired in the fields of corporate restructuring, cross-border transactions, tax implications of supply chain restructuring projects.

Furthermore, I have significant skills in business arrangements, such as contract and consignment manufacturing agreements, distribution agreements, purchase and sales commissionaire agreements and commercial agency agreements.

My clients include large international industrial, financial, trading and services companies, such as telecommunications, software and gaming companies. I also have strong expertise in e-commerce and internet trading, assisting several of the main international operators.

I have had articles published on VAT law issues and have cooperated on several publishing projects regarding tax law. I am a member of the Teaching Academy for the Italian Masters degree on Tax Law organised by the “Il Sole24ore” Business School. I regularly speak at national and international conferences on domestic and European VAT Legislation.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I was Tax partner at an international tax and law firm for seven years and member of the EMEA Tax Committee, specialising in cross border field. I also worked for an Italian tax and law firm for ten years and for a “Big Four” accounting firm for 5 years.
