Ilaria has gained extensive experience in legal consultancy on administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/01, mainly dealing with the assessment and analysis of risk-offence, the drafting of Organisational, Management and Control Models for the prevention of offences, and legal assistance on questions concerning Legislative Decree no. 231/01 and other related regulations (e.g. Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 on whistleblowing).

She is a member of Supervisory Bodies and provides support to the activities of numerous Supervisory Bodies of leading national and international companies.

She also participates as a speaker in workshops and numerous training courses on the subject.

Ilaria frequently collaborates with the Data Protection & Privacy department for legal advice and assistance on issues concerning the protection of personal data (EU Regulation 2016/679 and Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
