I have gained extensive experience in legal consultancy and I am mainly involved in extrajudicial activities in the field of civil law with particular reference to the fulfilment of the regulations set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the administrative liability of entities.

In this regard, I provide legal assistance and consultancy and participate in numerous risk assessment projects as well as the preparation/updating and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

I also provide support to the activities of numerous Supervisory Bodies of leading national companies and participate, as a speaker, in workshops and numerous client training courses.
