Laura has gained extensive experience in legal consultancy and she is mainly involved in extrajudicial activities in the field of civil law with particular reference to the fulfilment of the regulations set out in Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the administrative liability of entities.

In this regard, she provides legal assistance and consultancy and participate in numerous risk assessment projects as well as the preparation/updating and implementation of Organisation, Management and Control Models prepared pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

She also provides support to the activities of numerous Supervisory Bodies of leading national companies and participates, as a speaker, in workshops and numerous client training courses.
