Marco is specialized in civil, commercial and corporate law with a particular focus on banking, intermediaries and financial markets law in Regulatory framework and relations with Regulatory Authority (including supervisory inspections and related proceedings, including sanctions) for banks, financial intermediaries, SGRs, OICRs, FIAs, SICAVs, SICAFs, Confidi, banking foundations, etc.; M&A transactions (consolidations, mergers, demergers, transformations, etc.), in the banking, financial, industrial, tertiary/services sectors; Wealth Management, inheritance law and planning, Trusts and other alternative wealth management/protection/generational transition instruments; ETS – third sector entities and other non-profit entities, with particular focus on banking foundations, foundations, associations, social enterprises, social cooperatives, social promotion associations, voluntary organizations, philanthropic entities; corporate contracts; Real Estate.

He assists clients in both out-of-court and in court and arbitration in the matters he deals with.

His clients are mainly Italian or foreign companies (corporations and other entities) of small, medium and large size, other entities and legal persons, as well as individuals, especially in wealth management matters. Marco has always assisted and still assists banks, financial intermediaries, major and minor Confidi and, since the beginning of 2000, some major Piedmontese banking foundations and their instrumental entities (in various aspects: asset management and investment activities; contractual matters regarding derivative financial instruments, ISDA, GMSLA, EMIR, QFC, etc.; institutional distribution activities; etc.), as well as various private foundations and associations (having also collaborated in their establishment and extraordinary operations of consolidation, merger, transformation, also taking care of relations with the Prefectural and Regional Supervisory Authorities).

He is an independent board member and link auditor in a bank.

Marco has been a member of the Turin Bar since 1994 and he has been qualified to practice before the higher courts since 2007.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he was a partner at another major law firm in Turin for twenty-six years, acquiring extensive experience and practice in all fields of civil and commercial law.
