Marialucrezia is specialized in the field of labor law and labor relations. She has considerable experience in both ordinary and strategic consultancy, as well as in litigation before higher jurisdictions, on behalf of private companies, multinational corporations, public law entities, subsidiaries and public administration. 

Her expertise lies in matters related to the establishment, management and resolution of relationships involving subordinate, semi-subordinate and independent workers, organizational restructuring processes, collective dismissals, social safety nets, union negotiations, including those related to subcontracting procedures or aimed at defining productivity bonuses and welfare plans.

She’s speaker at workshops and conferences on labour matters.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), she was a Partner and Senior Manager at international law firms, holding positions of responsibility and coordination, a Senior Manager at one of the “Big Four” firms, and previously, a freelance professional at a boutique firm.
