I have significant professional experience in tax due diligence, structuring of acquisitions, group financing and reorganizations through mergers, divisions and contributions, as well as in tax planning.

Most of my clients are Italian and international capital companies and investment funds.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I have worked at some leading international law and tax firms where I acquired considerable experience in M&A transactions.

I am a certified public accountants.
