I qualified as a lawyer and I am a registered auditor. 

I have many years of experience in advising on Indirect Taxes (national and international VAT, registration/hypothecary and cadastral tax, and stamp duty).

I assist multinational companies operating in various sectors (industrial, retail, utilities, pharmaceutical, financial and insurance).

I deal with planning flows that allow optimizing tax impacts, drafting opinions, ruling requests and VAT credit refund applications, voluntary disclosure procedures and VAT registration of foreign companies, compliance and everyday operational issues.

I have gained expertise in electronic invoicing processes and legally compliant electronic storage of tax-relevant documents.

I have published articles on VAT matters in specialized journals.

I am co-author of several books (The EU VAT, The Intrastat Models) and speaker at courses and conferences and lecturer at Masters in Tax Law.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I was an ordinary partner in leading tax law firms associated with auditing firms.
