I have professional experience in evaluation of companies, review and analysis of financial statements, preparation of economic and financial budgets, advice on corporate and tax matters, staff training in administrative and fiscal area.

I have often followed the analysis of business procedures in the administrative and commercial area, contributing to the implementation / modification of processes in order to optimize the interrelationships among the various corporate functions.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I was partner of Studio Associato Imparato Nava Ravo until 2021.

Chartered Accountant since 1990, I am also Tax Advisor and Legal Auditor.
