I specialise in antitrust and competition law, advising on all aspects of the EU and Italian regimes including merger control proceedings, cartel investigations, distribution and go-to-market, cooperation agreements, technology transfer, abuse of dominance, actions for antitrust damages, compliance and internal investigations, State aids.

I also assist clients with respect to unfair commercial practices/consumer protection law and Foreign Direct Investment/Golden Power filings.

I have worked with clients across a broad range of industries such as energy, insurance, pharma, automotive, logistics, gambling, EPC, fashion, etc.

I am a Supreme Court lawyer registered with the Milan Bar Association. 

I graduated with honours from the University of Milan in 2003. I obtained an LL.M. degree in EU and Antitrust Law from the Cambridge University in 2005 and a Ph.D. degree in EU Competition Law from the University of Milan in 2008. I also studied at the University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands) in 2000, was a visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2002, a research assistant in EU Law at the University of Ulster (Londonderry, UK) in 2003, and a lecturer on EU Law at the University of Bergamo in 2013.

I am widely published on competition law matters and I frequently participate as speaker and moderator at seminars and conferences.
