I am Partner and Head of the Antitrust and Competition, unfair commercial practices Department.

My practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law.

I have gained extensive experience in merger control proceedings, horizontal agreements (cartels), vertical agreements and abuse of dominance investigations, dawn raids, EU litigation and litigation before national Antitrust Authorities and Courts, as well as internal audits and compliance programmes. I have developed significant expertise in unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising and consumer protection law.

I advise and represent multinational enterprises active, inter alia, in the fashion & luxury, pharmaceuticals, hi-tech and e-commerce sectors.

I graduated with honours from the Università di Milano in 2003. I obtained an LL.M. degree in EU and Antitrust Law from Cambridge University in 2005 and a PhD degree in EU Competition Law from the Università di Milano. I also studied at the University of Nijmegen (the Netherlands) in 2000, was a visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2002, a research assistant in EU Law at the University of Ulster (Londonderry, UK) in 2003, and a lecturer on EU Law at the Università di Bergamo in 2013.

I am widely published on competition law matters and I frequently participate as speaker and moderator at seminars and conferences on regulatory matters, such as antitrust and unfair commercial practices.

I was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2008.
