Riccardo is a certified public accountant and auditor, and he mainly deals with tax, accounting, corporate and extraordinary consultancy.

He provides advice and assistance in the drafting of tax return forms and tax communications and in dealing with the tax authorities with regard to both direct and indirect national taxation.

Riccardo provides advice and assistance on the preparation of company and group financial statements in accordance with the Italian Civil Code and national accounting standards.

Riccardo advises and assists in extraordinary transactions such as mergers, demergers, transformations and transfers.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), he practised as a self-employed accountant in an associated firm.
