My particular expertise is advising clients in corporate tax.

Furthermore, I regularly deal with tax implications related to M&A, private equity and real estate transactions. 

I advise on all aspects of business taxation, both corporate taxes and indirect taxes as well (VAT, register tax, insurance premium tax, financial transaction tax etc.), including the tax aspects of financial and insurance products. I am also experienced in tax due diligence, structuring M&A operation and employees taxtion.

Moreover I regularly counsel not-for-profit entities and pension funds on tax issues. 

My clients are banks and insurance companies, as well as other financial institutions, both domestic and multinational and big companies.

I hold different positions on Boards of Statutory Auditors of industrial and financial companies.

I regularly publish articles on tax issues and I am speaker at tax seminars and tax updates.

I am registered as a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, and I am admitted to assist in tax disputes and litigation before the tax court.

I am Chairman of the Banking and Insurance of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I was Tax Partner at one of the “Big Four” and Tax Manager at a major Italian assurance group.
