I graduated in the nineties from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and I had the honour of completing my professional training and collaborating in Turin at the firm of one of the most esteemed Italian corporate lawyers. 

Over the following decade, I furthered my professional experience at nationally recognized professional associations, eventually becoming a partner.   

I have been registered with the Bar Association since 1998 and have been a Supreme Court lawyer since 2015.

Throughout my career, I have worked with entrepreneurs, investors and companies, including multinational corporations, providing them with legal advice and representation both in and out of court. 

My areas of expertise include commercial law, debt restructuring and turnaround strategies.
