I have over 15 years of experience in providing advisory services in Internal Auditing, compliance programs, analysis and design of Internal Control Systems, business process and organizational analysis, anticorruption and data protection.

Main management consulting projects I deal with are focused in the following fields: assessing, designing, implementing and testing effective Corporate Compliance Programs, including training courses (i.e. pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, EU GDPR 2016/679, anticorruption standard UNI ISO 37001:2016, Antitrust); helping customers to assess, design, implement and update their risk and control systems; plan and execute internal audit assignments; modelling and re-design organization, helping customers to map, understand and improve their business processes. 

The clients I advise on a daily basis include small and medium-large corporations, also forming part of multinational groups or government-controlled companies, operating, inter alia, in the following industries: Manufacturing, Retail, Luxury, Automotive, Public Sector.

I obtained degrees in Political Sciences and in Economics at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich (Germany) and I was a visiting student at University of Wales, Aberystwyth, studying International Politics and Law.
