Stefania deals with legal actions and, over time, has concentrated her activity in the field of insurance law, civil liability (contractual and non-contractual), and compensation for damages.

She also has extensive experience in bank disputes, particularly in the sector of financing against the assignment of one-fifth of salary or pension.

She provides out-of-court legal assistance to clients (companies, individuals, insurance companies, etc.), advising on settlements in a wide range of civil and commercial law disputes, and providing legal opinions aimed at evaluating the most appropriate defensive strategy or the opportunity to engage in a legal judgment.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), she practiced as an independent lawyer in law firms in Turin.
