I deal with legal actions and over time I have concentrated my activity in the field of insurance law, civil liability (contractual and non-contractual) and compensation for damages.

I have also extensive experience in bank disputes, with reference to the sector financing against assignment of one-fifth of salary or pension.

I provide out-of-court legal assistance to clients (companies, individuals, insurance companies, etc.) advising on settlements in a wide range of civil and commercial law disputes, providing legal opinions aimed at evaluating the most appropriate defensive strategy or the opportunity to engage in a legal judgment.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I practiced as an independent lawyer in law firms in Turin.
