I am a lawyer specializing in criminal law and compliance.

More specifically, I assist companies, including listed companies, in matters concerning the criminal liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, with particular regard to the activities of control & risk self assessment and gap analysis and the drafting and updating of organizational models. I am also a member of various Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and I conduct training activities of management and staff on the subject of Legislative Decree 231/2001.

I also advise on health and safety in the workplace under Legislative Decree 81/2008, with particular regard to governance aspects, and in
anti-corruption and anti-money laundering compliance matters.

Before starting my work experience at WST, I obtained, in 2012, a law degree from Luiss Guido Carli University in Rome and, subsequently, in 2015, a diploma from the School of specialization for the legal professions at the University of Milan.
