My expertise is advising international clients on general corporate law matters and cross-border M&A transactions. Furthermore, I regularly deal with sports matters (in particular football clubs), including transfers and sponsorship agreements. 

I work predominantly on international, cross-border transactions and for international clients (both corporations and high net worth individuals).

Amongst my clients there are international investors, financial institutions (especially banks and insurance companies), companies and private clients. 

My task is to focus on the different specific needs of my clients and work to make them feel comfortable in the specifics of the Italian jurisdiction, being it simply advising them on an M&A transaction or on the specifics of a commercial contract.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy), I was a corporate lawyer at one of the Big Four firms for thirteen years and before that I worked for three years for a reinsurance company in Munich.
