His particular expertise is assisting clients, operating in the main industrial and commercial sectors, in governance, risk & compliance projects pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. 

Fabrizio is currently Chairman and member of several Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

In addition, he regularly deals with matters relating to commercial contracts, M&A, corporate law and assists clients in commercial and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration.

Fabrizio advises both domestic and international companies. His work ranges from assisting with corporate and commercial law opinions, drafting commercial law contracts, to extraordinary transactions, including international transactions.

He publishes articles on corporate law and legal risk & compliance, and he is a speaker at workshops, courses and university masters on Legislative Decree 231/01 and commercial law.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) he was a senior associate and partner at an international law and tax firm for ten years and corporate and litigation lawyer at one of the Big Four accounting firm for four years. 

Fabrizio also worked for the Italian Antitrust Authority for one year.
