My particular expertise is assisting clients, operating in the main industrial and commercial sectors, in governance, risk & compliance projects pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01. 

I am currently Chairman and member of several Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.

In addition, I regularly deal with matters relating to commercial contracts, M&A, corporate law and assist clients in commercial and bankruptcy litigation and arbitration.

I advise both domestic and international companies. My work ranges from assisting with corporate and commercial law opinions, drafting commercial law contracts, to extraordinary transactions, including international transactions.

I publish articles on corporate law and legal risk & compliance, and I am a speaker at workshops, courses and university masters on Legislative Decree 231/01 and commercial law.

Before joining WST (formerly Fieldfisher Italy) I was a senior associate and partner at an international law and tax firm for ten years and corporate and litigation lawyer at one of the Big Four accounting firm for four years. 

I also worked for the Italian Antitrust Authority for one year.
