Davide has over 20 years of experience in providing advisory services and helping clients tackle broad issues related to internal auditing, enterprise risk management, and integrated corporate compliance programs.

He specializes in designing and implementing effective Corporate Compliance Programs, aligning with regulations such as Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, the UK Bribery Act, the US FCPA, and EU GDPR 2016/679.

Additionally, he supports Chief Audit Executives (CAE) and Internal Audit (IA) departments in developing and implementing their Audit Plans. This encompasses assessing, designing, and testing corporate internal control systems, alongside internal controls over financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations like SOX and Law 262/05.

He assists clients in assessing, designing, implementing, and updating their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Frameworks. This enables them to identify, monitor, and manage strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks effectively.

Moreover, he conducts Business Process and Organizational Analysis, encompassing modeling and redesigning organizations. This aids clients in mapping, understanding, and enhancing their processes.

He takes part as a member in Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and carries out internal audit activities within co-sourcing or full outsourcing agreements.

The clients he advises on a daily basis include large corporations, listed companies, subsidiaries/affiliates of public bodies, as well as SMEs, including those that are part of multinational groups. These clients operate in industries such as Luxury, Construction, Engineering, Energy & Utilities, ICT, Chemical, Government & Public Sector, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Retail.

From 1998 to 2008, he coupled consulting experience with academic teaching and research in the fields of Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, Corporate Governance, and Management Accounting.

He obtained an M.Sc. degree in Business Administration in 1997 and a PhD degree in Business Administration in 2007.

Davide frequently participates as a speaker and moderator at seminars and conferences on GRC matters and is an active member of the Italian Internal Auditors Association.
