Emanuela specialises in commercial and corporate law with a consolidated industry experience of more than 20 years in Corporate M&A and Private Equity, through a career developed in leading Italian and international law firms and a deep knowledge of extraordinary transactions, corporate governance and complex contracts assisting funds, financial institutions and big corporations. He has also recently advised on several NPL and distressed M&A transactions.

He holds a law degree from the University of Naples Federico II as well as several master’s degrees in corporate law in Italy and abroad.
She is a member of the Milan Lawyers’ Register.

She has several publications on corporate law to her credit and regularly participates as a speaker and moderator in seminars and conferences in the relevant fields.
